匯報對象：工程經(jīng)理 職責(zé)范圍： 1、根據(jù)體系要求，編制計(jì)量器具的周檢計(jì)劃，并負(fù)責(zé)實(shí)施。 2、配合質(zhì)量工程師，完成新產(chǎn)品或者新供應(yīng)商收件樣品的測試，并編制報告。 3、配合質(zhì)量工程師，實(shí)施日常產(chǎn)品的性能抽檢，如全尺寸檢查、沖擊試驗(yàn)、疲勞試驗(yàn)、延誤試驗(yàn)等 4、根據(jù)工廠制定的檢驗(yàn)指導(dǎo)書，實(shí)施來料檢驗(yàn)，并在收貨單上簽字確認(rèn)，對不合格產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行有效控制等任務(wù)。 5、對工廠內(nèi)部金屬加工、噴粉、包裝進(jìn)行首件或者抽檢，并在工單上簽字確認(rèn)。 6、做好不合格產(chǎn)品的標(biāo)識、隔離、記錄和集中及時處理等工作，并有效的分析和改善問題，及時向主管提交不合格品質(zhì)量分析調(diào)查報告。 7、成品出庫時，核對發(fā)貨產(chǎn)品批號和合格標(biāo)志，核對無誤后，在出庫單上簽字。 任職要求 1、熟悉ISO9001質(zhì)量管理體系 2、熟練掌握各種尺寸檢查工具、鹽霧測試機(jī)等設(shè)備 3、1年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn) 4、大專以上學(xué)歷優(yōu)先 上班時間：早八晚五，雙休，五險一金繳納 Quality inspector JD Reporting object: engineering manager Responsibilities: 1. According to the system requirements, prepare the weekly inspection plan of measuring instruments and be responsible for implementation. 2. Cooperate with quality engineers to complete the testing of new products or new suppliers' received samples, and prepare reports. 3. Cooperate with quality engineers to carry out daily product performance sampling inspections, such as full-size inspection, impact test, fatigue test, delay test, etc 4. According to the inspection instructions formulated by the factory, implement the inspection of incoming materials, sign and confirm on the receipt list, and effectively control the unqualified products. 5. Conduct the first article or random inspection of metal processing, powder spraying and packaging in the factory, and sign and confirm on the work order. 6. Do a good job in the identification, isolation, recording and centralized and timely treatment of unqualified products, and effectively analyze and improve problems, and submit the quality analysis and investigation report of unqualified products to the supervisor in a timely manner. 7. When the finished product leaves the warehouse, check the batch number and qualified mark of the shipped product, and sign the outbound form after checking that it is correct. Job requirements 1. Familiar with ISO9001 quality management system 2. Proficient in various size inspection tools, salt spray testing machines and other equipment 3. More than 1 year of work experience 4. College degree or above is preferred
